2011-2012 SAFCS President's Message Attendees, register to receive your CME certificate: Air Force CME The following is required for all speakers and representatives to the Annual Symposium of the Air Force Clinical Surgeons: Speakers and Committee members must enter their profile information including SSN and birth month/day at Air Force CME. Complete Bio information (replaces AF 2662/CV) and disclosure, then forward the information to Lt Col Peck at michael.peck@amedd.army.mil and he will assign you to THIS meeting.  You will then be notified by email to enter your objective(s). If you already have a username, do not create a new account. Let Lt Col Peck know and he will assign you so you can enter objectives. If you are giving more than one talk, be sure to enter them separately once you are given access. It is not necessary to enter times.
